The whole staff is very involved. I was greeted upon entrance by name. There was no long waiting to be seen. They're always polite, respectful and ready to listen to what my needs are. I am happy that I chose Dr. Kimes and I get to go to a therapist in the same office.

Dr Kimes and Ms Barbara are God's gift to the chronically ill. I know about 20 people who see them and everyone agrees that their care is the best. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to lead better lives. He tries everything he can to help his patients, even if it means they don't need him anymore. He recently recommended a procedure for me and even though he performs it, recommended I see a different type of physician for the procedure because they meet my specific needs more than he does. You won't find many pain drs that will send a patient elsewhere hoping they feel better and don't return.
Ms Barbara is the best PT I have ever met. She has more experience than all the PTs in one of thr larger PT clinics out together. She explains everything very well so you'll understand what she is doing and telling you to do and why. That's rare these days. The other PTs I've seen have 3 patients at a time and tell you to get started then go to the next patient. When you see Barbara, she's working on you 100% of your time with her. She never rushes and always does handouts of home exercises after she's shown you and you've done it a few times so she can see they were done correctly. I saw a spine ortho for 2 years for my peraformis before she worked on me and knocked out that pain in 30 minutes. When it comes back, I now know the stretches I need to do at home and that usually knocks it out.
